Launched in 2023, Path2Lead is an immersive leadership training program dedicated to unlocking the untapped potential within every student. Set beyond the familiar campus environment, the program provides a fresh, inspiring backdrop where participants can step away from daily routines and focus entirely on personal and professional growth.

Over the course of the program, students take part in a thoughtfully curated series of interactive sessions, outdoor challenges, and group activities designed to sharpen problem-solving skills, enhance communication, and build resilience. These experiences encourage participants to step outside their comfort zones, discover new strengths, and embrace the mindset of a leader.

Path2Lead is open to all Faculty of Computing students who are ready to invest in themselves and take an active role in shaping their future. By the end of the journey, participants not only gain practical leadership skills, but also leave with a deeper understanding of who they are, what drives them, and how they can create meaningful change in their communities. More than a program, Path2Lead is a transformative experience that equips students to lead with confidence, empathy, and vision, wherever life takes them.
