Our Events

What We Do

FCSC brings students together through a series of impactful events and meaningful initiatives held throughout the academic year, each thoughtfully designed to build community, promote engagement, and support personal growth. Our calendar includes highlights like Viramaya, a signature musical night that gives students a chance to relax and enjoy live performances by popular artists, and SLIIT Bash, an exciting interfaculty cricket tournament that sparks friendly competition and campus unity. We’re also committed to making a difference beyond campus through events such as Drops of Hope, our annual blood donation campaign, and Poson Dansala, a large-scale food distribution held on Poson Poya Day, which allow students to give back to the wider community.

Leadership and personal development are at the core of what we do. Through Path2Lead, an off-campus leadership training program, we help students discover their strengths and grow into confident leaders. To support students academically and professionally, we organize monthly Build Up Wednesday sessions in partnership with industry experts, and Study Support Sessions during exam season, led by seniors to help peers prepare for each module. At FCSC, every initiative is an opportunity to connect, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
